A private wave,
built for one estate.
Residential wave generation, engineered for the few homes that have nothing left to add. Site-surveyed, hand-tuned, and quietly delivered.
Request a ConsultationNot a surf park. A residence.
Public wave parks are loud, ticketed, and shared. Wave Tech is the opposite — a single, hand-built wave installed inside a private estate, available only to the household and its guests. The sea, brought home, on terms that have always belonged to you.
The engineering, made quiet.
Each Wave Tech installation is purpose-built for its site. Pneumatic chambers, contoured floor geometry, and a closed filtration loop produce a clean, repeatable wave at the size and frequency you specify — without the acoustic footprint or visual mass of commercial systems.
An hour at home, at sea.
The wave runs on schedule, or on request. Children learn before breakfast. Friends arrive at sunset. The water settles, and the estate is quiet again.
The wave at dawn, before the household is awake.
Calibrated to a clean, beginner-friendly roll. A standing appointment for the early surfer.
Heated, lit, and held until the last guest steps out.
Wave height steps up after sundown. The terrace lighting reads the surface, never the equipment.
At rest, the surface is glass. A garden feature in repose.
The system idles silently. From the house, indistinguishable from a still water feature.
A measured process.
Three steps, six to fourteen months, complete discretion throughout. Single point of contact, fixed scope, no public disclosure.
Consultation
A private conversation — by phone or at our Springville, UT studio — to understand the property, the household, and the desired wave.
Site Survey
Our principal engineer visits the estate. Topography, drainage, sightlines, and acoustic constraints are measured in person.
Build
One project lead, one crew, one timeline. Final commissioning includes a private session with the household.
Considered questions.
What footprint does it require?
A typical installation occupies 0.4 to 1.2 acres. Most clients integrate Wave Tech alongside an existing pool or in place of a tennis court. We design to your site, not a catalog.
How long does the build take?
Six to fourteen months from contract to commissioning. Variability is driven by site conditions and permitting jurisdiction. We stage the build to minimize disturbance to the household.
Can it operate in cold climates?
Yes. The basin is heated and the equipment vault is climate-sealed. Installations are operational year-round in temperate, sub-tropical, and high-altitude climates.
What is the maintenance like?
White-glove. A two-person Wave Tech team services the system on a quarterly cadence. The household sees a calibrated wave, never the equipment.
How is privacy handled?
Every engagement is governed by mutual NDA. We do not publish client names, locations, or imagery. References are provided only with explicit written permission.
What is the investment?
Discussed in consultation. Each installation is priced to its site and specification. We will share a full investment range during your first conversation.
